01 · The problem
Where it started.
A bricks-and-mortar shop with a big catalogue and almost no one finding it online.
The shop had the stock and the know-how, but around 400 people a month were reaching the website. The catalogue ran to more than 20,000 products, which is a lot to get wrong.
It needed a store that could carry the whole range, and a way to put it in front of people who were ready to buy.
02 · The work
What we did.
- 01
A full e-commerce build
A new store carrying 20,000+ SKUs, structured so customers and search engines could both find the right product.
- 02
Meta and Google Ads
Paid campaigns bringing in qualified traffic from day one, while organic had time to build.
- 03
SEO from the start
Technical and local SEO built into the site at launch, not bolted on six months later.
03 · The result
What changed.
Monthly traffic went from 400 to more than 10,000 visitors inside 90 days of launch.
That's a 25× increase, with paid and organic both pulling in the same direction.
