The channel you own.
Lifecycle flows, campaigns, automation. The highest-ROI channel most businesses under-invest in.
Paying to reach the same customer over and over is an expensive habit. Your email list is the one audience you don't have to rent, and in most businesses it's doing a fraction of what it could.
We build the flows that run in the background, like welcome, abandoned cart and win-back, plus campaigns people have a reason to open. Then we judge it on revenue, not open rates.
Book a discovery callHow we measure it
- 01Revenue from email
- 02Revenue per recipient
- 03Repeat purchase rate
- 04Flow conversion rate
If it doesn’t move one of these, we don’t count it as a win.
What's included
The work.
- 01
Lifecycle flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and the rest. Built once, then improved as the results come in.
- 02
Campaign planning
A calendar of sends built around your products, seasons and promotions, so email stops being a last-minute job.
- 03
Segmentation
Different messages for first-time buyers, regulars and people who've gone quiet. Sending everything to everyone is how lists wear out.
- 04
Copy & design
Emails written and designed to be read on a phone in about ten seconds, with one clear thing to do next.
- 05
Deliverability & list health
Sender setup, list cleaning and sensible sending habits, so your emails land in the inbox rather than the spam folder.

No sales team. No handoff. You deal with Joel.
A good fit.
- You have a customer list that mostly hears from you when there's a sale on.
- You sell something people buy more than once, or take their time deciding on.
- You want more revenue that doesn't depend on buying the click again.
Probably not.
- You're starting with no list and no traffic, so building an audience comes first.
- You're planning to email a purchased list, which we don't do because it wrecks deliverability.
Questions
Fair questions.
Which email platform should we use?
It depends on what you sell. Online stores are usually best served by a platform built around store and order data, while lead-based businesses often do better running email inside their CRM, such as HubSpot. If what you have is doing the job, there's no reason to move for the sake of it.
How often should we email our list?
As often as you have something worth saying, which for most businesses is more often than they do now. The real test is what happens to revenue and unsubscribes as frequency goes up. We'd rather find your number by testing than borrow someone else's rule.
Is email worth it with a small list?
Often, yes. Automated flows respond to what each person does, so they work at any list size. A small list of past customers is generally worth more than a large list of strangers. What matters is whether the list is growing and whether the people on it have a reason to buy again.
