Perk Up Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

The short version

We collect what you choose to give us, plus standard website analytics. We use it to reply to you, to run the tools on this site, and to understand what's working. We don't sell it.

• Revenue calculator: your email, if you ask us to send ideas, along with the figures you entered.
• Site audit: the web address you want audited and your email.
• Emails and calls: whatever you send us or tell us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and the services listed below may collect the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. This is done with cookies and similar technologies.

How the site audit works

When you run an audit, our server fetches the public web page at the address you entered, extracts its text and structure, and sends that to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model that writes the audit. Your email address is not sent to Anthropic. Only enter addresses for pages you're happy to have read this way.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
• To deliver the audit or calculator results you asked for.
• To follow up about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To measure and improve this website and our advertising.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use other companies to run this site and our business. They handle information on our behalf:

• HubSpot: our customer database and email.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Anthropic: the AI model behind the site audit.
• Google: website analytics and advertising.
• Meta: advertising.

Some of these companies store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

Analytics and advertising services set cookies so we can see how the site is used and show our ads to people who have visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information in the services listed above, which are protected by access controls. We keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by telling us.
